**Head of Development, Feasibility & Investments - Middle East**

We are seeking a Head of Development, Feasibility & Investments for a leading hotel and hospitality provider in the Middle East. This role is based in Saudi Arabia, a key market for the company’s expansion, with a wider focus on growth across the GCC region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic development and expansion of the company’s hospitality portfolio across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Conduct feasibility studies and oversee investment decisions to ensure profitable growth.
- Leverage an extensive network within Saudi Arabia, engaging with authorities, third parties, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations to facilitate seamless project development.
- Work closely with risk management, facilities planning, legal, and procurement teams to drive successful execution.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support long-term growth objectives.
- Former Hotel General Manager who has transitioned into development and investment.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian hospitality landscape, with strong governmental and industry connections.
- Proven expertise in feasibility studies, investment strategies, and project execution.
- Highly networked professional with a strong grasp of local laws, regulations, and market dynamics.

**Package**:
**Salary**: US$160K + Bonus
