JASARA PMC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team. As a Resident Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring their successful completion and adherence to design specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and the project team to ensure effective project communication and execution. Joining JASARA PMC will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of various construction projects in Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring their compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet project milestones.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, identifying potential design or construction issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve construction-related issues and coordinate with project team members to find solutions.
- Prepare and submit project reports, budgets, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
