JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Planning Manager for its social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. The Planning Manager will work with a high-performing team of professionals dedicated to delivering on the promise of Vision 2030. As the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning and scheduling activities for multiple civil engineering programs. You will ensure adherence to all project schedules, monitoring progress, and updating project status reports. You will collaborate with program managers and other team members to maintain program schedules and manage changes. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple civil engineering programs
- Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect changes and account for delays
- Work with program managers and other team members to maintain program schedules
- Collaborate with other planning and scheduling professionals to ensure alignment across all programs
- Ensure adherence to project schedules by tracking progress and identifying potential delays
- Develop and maintain reports to communicate program status to key stakeholders
- Support the development of program plans, budgets, and resource requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling in the civil engineering industry
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience with construction industry processes and practices
