**Responsibilities***:
As an Architect or Senior Architect within our team, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

- Lead the design development of architectural projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, and detailed design stages.
- Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Supervise and guide junior architects and technicians, providing mentorship and technical support.
- Prepare and present design concepts, drawings, and technical documentation to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections, review construction progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, design trends, and technological advancements in architecture.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on architectural matters to clients and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Professional registration or eligibility for registration as an Architect (e.g., ARB, RIBA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience of at least 5-10 years in a similar architectural role, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in architectural design software and industry-standard practices (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
