Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Procurement and Contract **Manager **to join our team In this role you will get to manage and direct all procurement functions on a large domestic or international project, including purchasing, expediting, supplier data control, supplier quality, and traffic.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide management and direction for the procurement function on large projects, covering purchasing, expediting contract process
- Review, and draft RFP to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate procurement activities with clients, project management, and internal departments.
- Participate in the Company’s Quality Improvement Process and promote technical excellence.
- Develop partnership agreements with suppliers to meet quality and performance standards.
- Establish and maintain Contract and Procurement Department policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations, recommend promotions/salary actions, and provide training and development.
- Complete special assignments as required by the Department Manager - Procurement.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in procurement activities on global engineering and construction projects, including managerial experience.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of procurement and proven managerial capability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
