The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting departments, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses for senior management.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in finance management or senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to generate financial reports and forecasts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
