**Job Summary**:
The Groves is a distinguished fine-dining destination known for its elegant plating, seasonal ingredients, and immersive dining experience. We’re dedicated to elevating culinary art into visual storytelling, and we seek a photographer who can bring our gastronomic creations to life.

As the Food Photographer at The Groves, you will capture excellent, artful images of our menu offerings, ambiance, and behind‑the‑scenes kitchen moments. Your work will help shape our brand’s visual identity across digital channels, printed collateral, press features, menus, and campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the executive chef, sous-chef, food stylists, and marketing team to plan shoot concepts aligned with The Groves’ brand identity.
- Style, arrange, and photograph dishes in a way that emphasizes texture, color, plating detail, ingredients, mood, and lighting.
- Use professional equipment and advanced lighting setups (studio lighting, continuous light, natural light modifiers) to produce high-end images.
- Capture lifestyle shots of the restaurant environment (tablescapes, dining experience, interiors, staff interactions) to complement food images.
- Retouch and edit images (color correction, contrast, sharpening, exposure adjustments) while preserving the integrity and natural beauty of the food.
- Manage the full workflow: pre‑shoot planning, setup, shooting, backup, post-production, and delivery.
- Maintain an efficient archive of raw and final images, with clear labeling and version control.
- Stay updated on food photography trends, visual storytelling, dining industry aesthetics, and social media formats.
- Occasionally assist with short-form video or content (e.g., reels, behind-the-scenes clips) if needed by marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or formal training in Photography.
- Experience in hospitality, fine dining, or food & beverage branding.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or events.
