- Manage and coordinate the linen room staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and distributing linens and supplies
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure all linens meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Develop and manage budgets for linen purchases and department operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and collection of linens
- Maintain accurate records of linen inventory, usage, and replacement
- Implement and enforce proper handling and storage procedures to maximize linen lifespan
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the linen room
- Resolve any linen-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in linen management

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in linen management or a related hospitality role
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of têxtile care, maintenance, and industry standards
- Excellent inventory management and budgeting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and move linens and supplies as needed
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
