**Responsibilities**:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs

Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budget

Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project controls systems

Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternatives to optimize project costs

Monitor and report on project cost performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders

Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts

Conduct research on market trends and prices to inform cost estimates

Review and evaluate contractor proposals and provide recommendations on cost-related matters

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

Proven experience as a Cost Engineer or similar role in the engineering industry

2-4 years of experience in estimation dept

Strong understanding of cost estimation methodologies and tools

Proficiency in cost control and project management software

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
