The Restaurant Trainer is responsible for training staff in various roles like servers, Runners, and hosts. He ensures everyone follows company policies and delivers excellent customer service.

**What You'll Do?**:

- Training: Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for current staff.
- Manuals: Update training manuals and materials.
- Assessment: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Customer Service: Teach effective customer service skills.
- Menu Knowledge: Educate staff about the menu, including ingredients and allergens.
- Compliance: Make sure staff follows health and safety guidelines.
- Skill Development: Identify areas where employees need more training.
- Problem-Solving: Help resolve conflicts between staff or with customers.
- Onboarding: Assist with the orientation of new hires.
- Reporting: Report to management about training progress and issues.
- Skill Reinforcement: Schedule regular follow-up training sessions to reinforce skills and introduce new company updates or policies.
