**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead client relationships for the environment business as well as for the wider business.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities for environmental projects, collaborating with other teams to target key clients.
- Offer expert advice on environmental projects, drawing upon your extensive experience in sustainable design, fire and life safety, façade engineering, and other relevant areas.
- Assist the Division Director in strategic business planning and analysis.
- Delegate duties to employees to streamline day-to-day activities and achieve project objectives.
- Lead project delivery, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with client businesses throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging business performance improvement approaches.
- Manage large, complex client engagements and projects on behalf of the company.
- Assess and communicate key environmental and social risks in projects to relevant parties.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, supporting their professional development.
- Oversee project management activities, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and quality.
- Engage with clients to continuously improve service offerings.
