The opportunity

An exciting opportunity to be a part of our facilities management business that provides interrogated facilities management services for a leading global manufacturer, managing sites across KSA.

The facilities manager (FM) is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities services as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and will report to the senior facilities manager based in Dubai.

In this capacity, the jobholder will be the person responsible for the service delivery at specified KSA locations, which will be measured by contractual KPIs/SLAs.

The FM is responsible for working directly with the local client to ensure a thorough understanding of their objectives and the implementation of acceptable property-specific operating strategies that achieve these required standards. Once developed the FM must oversee the implementation of all approved initiatives and programs, by managing and coordinating the efforts of the FM team (e.g., direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees) to achieve the goals. The FM is responsible for representing Mace in the local and regional business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Observing procedures as required by the contract.
- Driving Mace’s workplace experience, sustainability and technology advancements to the client.
- Having the full authority over all the work required in completing the requirements of the Contract.
- Providing general administration of department, (holidays, training, performance reviews etc.).
- Updating and maintaining official safety documents, liaise with government authorities.
- Maintaining full financials awareness and control.
- Ensuring that KPI’s and SLA’s are met as defined within the contract
- Promoting Safety first, going home safe and well.
- Preparing and distributing the quarterly/annual business review (QBR/ABR) information to client’s satisfaction.
- Being client focus - deliver to the client what we promise.
- Organising fire evacuation and first aid training for employees.
- Managing site responsibilities and duties as per the direction received from management or line manager.

About you

You have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. You are PMP/FMP certified or a member of BIFM. You have experience in a leadership role. You have manufacturing experience is beneficial. You will have experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management.

You are digitally savvy and can provide support to strong motivated teams. You will have a facilities management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
