**Your Job**
Koch Engineered Solutions is looking for a **Logistics and Trade & Compliance Specialist **to join the team. This role, based in our Dammam office, would support the growth and operation of our ET&S business in the ME region. You will leverage your expertise in the Logistics and Trade & Compliance to deliver exceptional value to our customers in Oil and gas and beyond. You will embody our PBM® (Principle-Based Management) philosophy by focusing on value creation, continuous improvement, and principled entrepreneurship.

**Our Team**

You will be part of the Global Logistics team for Koch Engineered Solutions (KES), a global organization that provides Logistics support to the KES business. This role would allow you to interact with people from all around the world with the vision of creating value to our internal group customers.

**What You Will Do**
- Manage and process export bookings for ocean, air, and road freight, including the creation and review of export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, while coordinating with freight forwarders and stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee domestic shipments by preparing delivery notes, dispatching shipments in collaboration with the warehouse team, and maintaining regular communication with project managers and internal teams to close tasks efficiently.
- Oversee the processing of SABER certificates via the SABER.SA portal and utilize the Fasah.sa platform for customs services, including validating Saudi Bayan declarations and authorizing clearing agents for efficient customs clearance.
- Coordinate with the finance team on Bayan payments and support customs duty exemptions through the SENAEE platform, while managing customs audits, import/export metrics, and customs classifications (HS codes).
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customs-related inquiries and issues, ensuring compliance and efficient handling of all customs operations.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and supply chain management, complemented by exceptional organizational and communication skills, both independently and within a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, capable of solving complex logistics and compliance issues while ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating flexibility, cooperation, and ownership over job responsibilities.
- Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, alongside a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential compliance issues and adapting to regulatory changes.
- Demonstrated expertise in international and local trade laws, regulations, and standards, with proficiency in logistics and compliance software tools.

- Background in Logistics or equivalent
