We are a unique & colorful art studio opening soon in Saudi Arabia You will have the chance to experience growing a business and being instrumental in its success.

We are on the lookout for upbeat, responsible individuals to manage operations and be the faces of our brand.

Wild Paint House is a one-of-a-kind art jamming studio featuring more than six types of unique and fun painting activities for kids, families, dates, birthday parties, team bonding events and much more.

We have been featured on multiple mainstream media with plans to expand fast. We are an agile company and have an autonomous but fast working culture. We are on the lookout for responsible, highly independent, self-motivated, and outgoing individuals who can execute operationally with opportunities to expand their entrepreneurial skillset.

The duties that will be undertaken include:
Creating Customer Experience: Be the face of our brand. Host customers and show them the best time
- Outgoing and ability to engage with customers. Your English and Arabic proficiency must be great.
- Conducting briefings/demos
- Make our customers super happy delivering a 5-star service at all times
- Take pictures and videos of participants

Managing the Overall Space
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. General studio upkeep
- Mixing paints and varnishing artworks (training will be provided)
- Cleaning tools, equipment and materials
- Handling deliveries

Growing The Company
- Ideate and execute on improvements to overall system protocols and studio processes/design
- Assist with content creation for social media & management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

We'd love to speak to you if you are:

- A People-person: able to communicate well. This will be a customer facing job You need to LOVE interacting with people
- Independent, disciplined, hard-working
- Able to manage your own time to oversee the space responsibly. Good organization skills are a must
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays as those are our busiest days. Team members will typically work 5 days/week
- Have an interest in art and creative activities, and love interacting with people
- Enjoy being in events and parties
- Constantly thinking about how to solve problems and improve things around you
- Interest to be part of an early-stage company and go through the process of how a fast-growing company expands

Good to have one/some of the following:

- Experience in service jobs. You must be super smiley, energetic and happy
- Experience with kids
- Photography and editing skills with understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Art background - Definitely a big bonus

Compensation

Compensation comes in the form of monthly salary (SAR2,500-SAR4,000) based on experience) and staff benefits. Quarterly bonuses may be awarded, based on individual performances.

You must be in KSA right now. We will not entertain applicants who are overseas.
