**Key Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate the existing Knowledge Management practices within DMP and identify Knowledge Management projects that will create value for DMP in the short-term with a long-term view.
- Experience in Enterprise-Wide Business Projects, and manage the execution of projects in the roadmap, including budget and planning activities via partnerships with stakeholders.
- Initiate innovation activities for improving access to knowledge and experts, and consult and provide guidance regarding new solutions to consider.
- Define KPI’s and set up reporting to measure the value of knowledge management and make data driven decisions.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the company's Enterprise content system architecture is responsive, and the company is able to deliver technical competence.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications including design documents and unit test plans.
- Lead the content architecture and strategy.
- Perform business analysis and Intelligence including gathering, and solution design.
- Promote correct and widespread usage of the company's knowledge base.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
**_Qualifications and Skills: _**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in MIS, computer science, IT, or Systems Engineering.
- 10 - 12 years of experiences.
- Professional Certifications in Data since, Data analytics or business intelligence.
- Strong data analyzing skills.
