**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Communicate compliance requirements and updates to employees and third-party vendors.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and represent the company during audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in HSE management, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years HSE experience within the oil and Gas industry.
- HSE Certifications Such as NEBOSH, IOSH Required
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- High level of attention to detail.
