Awtad, a prominent real estate development and management company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Rental Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts related to sales and rentals. You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements while working closely with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. You will also play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing expert advice on contractual obligations and requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and finalize sales and rental contracts in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure that contracts are effectively vetted and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance to the sales team on contractual obligations, negotiation strategies, and risk management.
- Maintain an organized database of contracts and related documentation,
- Manage the uploading and updating of all contracts on the official government portals as necessary.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure all contractual terms are clearly communicated and understood.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Support the sales team with contract-related inquiries and provide training on contract procedures.
- Analyze and report on contract trends and compliance metrics to inform business strategy.
- Track and manage the collection of contracts and invoices.
- Generate invoices and monitor collections and payments.
- Oversee properties and facilitate the handover process to clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers while ensuring prompt follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Experience and knowledge of the government Ejar web portal.
- Strong understanding of sales and rental contracts and relevant legal regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
