As the Senior Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of feasibility studies and business plans for the Qiddiya project, which is set to become the world's largest entertainment city located in Saudi Arabia. This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking project that will shape the future of entertainment and leisure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and preparation of comprehensive feasibility studies for development projects, ensuring their alignment with the strategic objectives of the company
- The mandate is to standardize annual budgets and project budgets creation process across the business.
- Conducting feasibility studies and overseeing the project's adherence to the established budget and schedule.
- Provide support and coordination to all development business units during the creation of annual and project budgets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate the economic, financial, and operational feasibility of potential projects
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to support decision-making processes
- Develop and implement business plans, which include financial models, projections, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and inputs for feasibility studies and business plans
- Review, challenge and validate all feasibility models that are officially approved by the business
- Enhance the range of feasibility tools in accordance with the evolving requirements of QIC.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in feasibility studies, business planning, or investment management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Proven track record in developing and executing feasibility studies and business plans for large-scale projects
- Excellent financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to drive projects forward from vision to execution
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in the real estate development industry is highly desirable
