Our partner is a new and exciting female-only boutique fitness studio offering exceptional facilities and services within the burgeoning and fast-paced Riyadh fitness scene. Led by a highly successful entrepreneur, we have been tasked to help find a Head Coach who will lead the team through opening and into maturation.
- Of exceptionally high personal fitness, the Head Coach will also have solid organisational skills and a basic understanding of bookkeeping to help support the back office function.
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently is of paramount importance.
- The Head Coach will be required to work with the owner to set business and personal goals and deliver through training, mentorship and the empowerment of her teammates.
- Alongside delivering small-group-training classes and PT sessions herself, there is the requirement to prepare the class schedule, manage the team and ensure that all products and services are considered market-leading.
- A good understanding of how to use data to improve service, class effectiveness and overall strategy would be appreciated.
