- **Transaction Processing**: Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- **Customer Assistance**: Address customer inquiries about billing, payments, and services with professionalism and courtesy.
- **Invoice Management**: Generate and process invoices for clients while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- **Daily Reconciliation**: Reconcile daily cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate financial records.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.
- **Compliance**: Follow company policies and ensure adherence to financial and accounting standards.
- **Support Services**: Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar role, preferably in the printing or retail industry.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
