**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Systems and IT Infrastructure Sales Specialist, that will be responsible Servers, Storage & Hybrid-Cloud Platform sales within our partner and customer ecosystem.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Have the overall responsibility for achieving the required business results in relation to Systems Sales for the assigned storage and server solutions set, of the assigned partner territory.
- Create Go-To-Market plans and be responsible for their execution.
- Execute the Hybrid and Multi-Cloud strategy towards the achievement of business goals and targets.
- Define and execute Sales Enablement programs for resellers.
- Manage marketing strategies and utilize these for the achievement of results in the assigned solutions, territory, or partner set.
- Understand, record and effectively communicate business requirements to the technical team
- Present to audiences the value of our Server and Storage platforms.
- Actively participate and lead seminars and marketing events.
- Provide weekly reporting on all aspects of business to Country and unit management lines
- Be willing to travel within the assigned territory
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Vendor-related hardware / industry certification will be considered favourably.
- 3-5 years of IT Infrastructure selling experience for Information Technology, Server and Storage Infrastructures (distribution level).
- Full professional proficiency in English with excellent communications skills.
- Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
- Ability to recruit new partners.
- Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
- Travel is Required
