Technical Writer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive Arabic manuals for our products, including User Manuals, System Admin Manuals, Installation Guides, and scripts for online materials.
- Translate and adapt the English manuals from English to Arabic.
- Write, develop, and translate content for technical tender proposals in Arabic, ensuring accuracy, consistency, clarity, and compliance with requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements relevant to the business domains we are working in.
- Review and edit tender, product, and project proposals to ensure coherence, completeness, and adherence to guidelines before submission.
- Maintain organized documentation of proposal materials, translations, and relevant resources.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and address any queries or concerns related to product and tender proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Graduate preferably with a degree in Computer Science or any equivalent technical major with proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the technology sector.
- Should be able to effectively grasp concepts conveyed by English-speaking team members and discuss approaches to content creation.
- Openness to receiving feedback and making necessary revisions to improve the quality of the translated content.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining technical documents, manuals, and guides.
- Familiar with tender proposal processes and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
- Detail-oriented with solid research and analytical skills.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
