**Job description**:
The Engineer II, Construction Civil is responsible for supporting the execution of construction projects by ensuring

that all technical requirements and resource needs are met in a timely manner. This role involves close coordination

with the assigned Manager and project teams to facilitate the delivery of materials, equipment, and technical inputs

necessary for achieving the project schedule. The Junior Engineer plays a key role in tracking progress, maintaining

quality standards, and contributing to efficient and successful project execution

**Policies, Processes & Procedures**
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work

environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company

assets.

**Technical Support & Operations**
- Assist in testing materials and components used in buildings, structures, and machinery to ensure compliance

with engineering and safety standards.

2. Provide technical guidance related to lifting operations, especially in cases involving non-compliance or

deviations from standard procedures.

3. Define operational standards and participate in assessments of lifting activities to ensure best practices are

followed.

**Data & Documentation**
- Ensure accurate recording of lifting equipment performance, certifications, and condition reports within the

Company’s data management system.

2. Review and contribute to project safety documentation, including lifting plans, identifying risks and verifying

procedural adequacy.

**Interdepartmental Collaboration**
- Coordinate with the HSE Department to recommend procedural improvements and promote site safety.
- Support maintenance teams with planning and execution of preventive and corrective actions for lifting

equipment.

3. Collaborate with various departments to align operations with project goals and technical requirements.

**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance in all assigned activities.
- Promote a safety-first culture within the team, focusing on continuous improvement and operational

excellence.

**Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

**Job requirements**:

- Degree: Bachelor of Engineering, Civil Engineering
- ** Years of Experience**:5-6 years of experience in Site Execution & Project Management
