You will work with our partner Tawuniya, a leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia, on their digital transformation journey.

**Position Overview**

What you’ll be doing
- Implement natural language understanding and processing capabilities to enhance chatbot interactions.
- Integrate chatbots with backend systems, databases, and external APIs.
- Configure Oracle Digital Assistant instances to optimize performance and ensure seamless integration with other
- enterprise systems.
- Customize chatbot behavior, dialog flows, and responses to align with business needs.
- Utilize advanced natural language processing techniques to improve the accuracy and efficiency of chatbot interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest NLP advancements and integrate relevant technologies into the chatbot development process.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and system architects, to
- understand requirements and deliver effective chatbot solutions.
- Implement best practices for testing conversational interfaces and ensure a high level of reliability and user satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on chatbot development
- Overall 10 year of experience in IT, Insurance sector in development
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle Cloud services
- Knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), Java,.Net, Oracle Database, Linux, WindowServer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
