**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and oversee testing procedures in coordination with the Head of the Testing and Operation Department, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and evaluate testing activities, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the process.
- Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive testing and operation strategies to support project objectives.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators to track the efficiency and effectiveness of testing and operation processes, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Contribute to the identification of areas for improvement in testing and operation procedures, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Support the coordination of activities with external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
- Assist in conducting periodic reviews and audits of testing and operation procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the Head of the Testing and Operation Department to mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in testing and operation management.
- Execute and oversee the implementation of testing procedures, including planning, execution, and evaluation of testing activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing and operation strategies, contributing to the achievement of project milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate with the Head of the Testing and Operation Department to address any challenges or discrepancies in testing and operational activities, proposing solutions and improvements as necessary.
- Support the coordination of testing activities with external stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to maintain alignment with project requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Contribute to the analysis of key performance indicators related to testing and operation processes, providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in the preparation of regular progress reports on testing and operation activities, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential risks.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide input on testing and operation-related matters, fostering collaboration and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to testing and operation management, sharing knowledge with the department and implementing applicable advancements.
- Collaborate with the Head of the Testing and Operation Department to ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Actively participate in the mentorship and development of team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance the overall capabilities of the Testing and Operation Department.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **B **achelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in testing and operation management within large-scale projects.
- Proven expertise in executing testing procedures and overseeing operational activities.
- Strong understanding of project timelines and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and effectively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in testing and operation management.
