**Position: Skilled Pattern Maker**
**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Pattern Design**: Develop and design patterns for clothing from start to finish, including the preparation of both paper and digital patterns with precision.
- **Dress Production**: Manage the entire dress-making process, from initial design to final completion, including cutting, sewing, and assembling pieces to ensure the quality of the final product.
- **Sewing Machine Operation**: Skillfully operate the sewing machine, adjust it to handle various types of fabrics, and ensure sewing accuracy.
- **Garment Finishing**: Master finishing techniques on the sewing machine to ensure high-quality details in the final garments.
- **Corset Design and Implementation**: Create and design corsets using professional techniques, including adjusting measurements and details to ensure the proper shape and support.
- **Mannequin Use**: Work efficiently with mannequins to adjust patterns and test designs to ensure the ideal design.
- **Paper and Digital Pattern Preparation**: Ability to prepare and modify patterns using traditional methods (paper) and modern design software such as Adobe Illustrator or fashion-specific CAD programs.
- **Dress Draping**: Execute and adjust draping (cuts) professionally to ensure the perfect dress design and fit according to required measurements.
- **Team Management**: Supervise the team, guide them through the production process, and ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity.

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced experience in pattern design and garment production, including working with mannequins and creating corsets.
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines and garment finishing with precision.
- Skill in preparing paper and digital patterns and using modern design software.
- Ability to professionally execute draping for dresses.
- Strong team management and supervision skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to achieve high-quality results.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pattern design and garment production.
- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage teams and achieve effective results.

**Job Benefits**:

- Monthly salary ranging from 5000 to 7000 SAR, with potential increases based on skills and experience.
- Housing allowance of 1000 SAR per month.
