We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Finance team, they will be responsible for strategizing to find cost-effective deals and supplier,initiating procurement partnerships, devising and using effective procurement and sourcing strategies

**Requirements**:
**Key responsibilities and objectives**

Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms for TAM

Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services

Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries

Examine and test existing contracts

Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs

Solving problem with rigor, empathy, efficiency and innovative ways

Lives our purpose and stands up for values

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s and Master's degree, or an MBA qualification is a plus

6+ years of relevant experience

Significant and proven working experience as a Procurement Manager or Procurement Officer

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in KSA market

Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written

Excellent negotiations and networking skills

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

Experience and skills in working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in handling procurement operations

Strong research methodology and analytical skills

Strong networker and sharing of ideas and knowledge

Clear and up-to-date understanding of procurement practices

People oriented and value driven
