The Early Career Traineeship is designed for fresh graduates where Baker Hughes will train fresh talent who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a specific business. The traineeship duration is 12 months in Saudi Arabia / Dhahran Lab and will develop your technical knowledge and soft skills and provide on the job learning and exposure.

**As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in**:
**As a Laboratory Technician you will be responsible for**:

- Performing All kinds of cement testing, mixing, rheology
- Performing QA/QC for Cement and All cementing chemicals, Fluid compatibility Testing, Apparent Wettability Testing of spacer and Flushes.
- Communicating results with Cementing engineers.
- Executing routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.
- Working together with people from the business unit. Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presenting to internal teams on metrics status.

**T**o be successful in this traineeship you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical field or equivalent
- Have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills.
- Be inquisitive and present a thirst for knowledge.
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying, without sponsorship or time restrictions.

**Work schedule**
- Work Schedule should be 8 hrs. a day and weekend if required but may work more than 8 hrs. based on activity.
- Work schedule will be in shifts, morning, evening and night and weekends
