**Critical Dimensions**:Responsible for region digital bid/presales and architecture in collaboration with Portfolio lead, Digital Sales leads, and HQ for developing, delivering digital platforms and solutions in line with Smart building strategy. Owns the digital solution architecture development and delivery of key digital solutions, defines, and delivers customer-facing products/solutions.

Handle internal and external digital integration, external partners and acts as technical portfolio owner. Support business development activities on the technical review of portfolio, sourcing and recommending the right solutions, comply to the overall digital strategy to ensure market relevance, competitiveness, and a winning solution. Have the right aptitude and tactfulness to handle and connect with different hierarchies, stakeholders, and cultures.

**Main Purpose**: The role ensures that the digital solutions are fit for purpose, performant, and future focused, and that the customer-facing products built on these platforms provide optima; value to the business and our customers. Perform enterprise solution architect role to develop digital solutions by mapping business requirements to system/technical requirements and translates requirements into customer solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Align Requirements with customer Digital transformation vision and guidelines
- Identify gaps and align with customer team on adoption strategy based on the requirement priorities
- Drive the technical solution design and lead bids/tenders, presentations and PoC
- Convert requirements into valid Actionable Use cases with clear definitions of value addition to different stake holders
- Establish High level system requirements to enable identified Use cases and Experiences
- Establish System level interface/integration requirements for information exchange
- Establish User interface platforms to deliver the Experiences and content for Users
- Submit and present the above findings to customer for approvals
- Managed and continued identification of existing solutions partner ecosystem and alternate partners
- To work with Services consultants and Designers to establish customers requirements
- Detailed review of all available and relevant documents and identifications of risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve operational processes & experience through partnerships with stakeholders
- Sharing feedback from clients and partners, offering insights and contribute to delivering best-in-class service & customer satisfaction
- Any extensions or interface requirements from MEP/ELV system need to be Coordinated closely with the relevant action owners during the Design Stage
- Collaborate and coordinate with HQ on portfolio releases, contents and training/learning
- Collaborate with digital partners on digital products roadmap

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering and relevant Technology degrees
- Professional certifications in AWS and/or Azure Certified Solution Architect

**Experience/Knowledge**/**Skills**:

- 5+ years’ experience in running requirements gathering workshops and functional/user testing workshops with the end customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experienced in large global matrix organizations and know how to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones
- Strong IT, Software/Application, IoT, Cloud, IoT platform and Cybersecurity understanding
- A good understanding of BRS, HLD, LLD, FAT, UAT and H2O processes for software delivery
- A good hands-on experience in software, integration, implementation, testing and hand over to service
- Able to lead inexperienced teams and partners in iterative bid development techniques driven by market response
- Strong understanding of SDK, API and industry standards communication protocol (i.e. BACNET, MQTT)
- Experience of B2B2C digital product development, including full product lifecycle, and development of multiple high-usage, high-profile digital products
- Experience in Smart building technologies will be added advantage
- Vertical exposure in Healthcare, Airport, Commercial Real Estate, Higher Education and Public Sector will be added advantage
