The **LED Screen Operator** will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting LED screen systems during live events. The role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, configure, and operate LED screens for live events, conferences, and productions.
- Load, manage, and playback content using media servers and control systems.
- Ensure proper calibration, resolution, and screen alignment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with video directors, lighting engineers, and event producers.
- Maintain and store LED equipment to company standards.
- Follow health and safety protocols during setup and dismantling.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience as an LED Screen Operator or in a similar AV technician role.
- Strong understanding of LED technology, video processors, and playback systems.
- Familiarity with media servers (e.g., Resolume, Watchout, Disguise, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and solve technical issues quickly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

**Experience**:

- AVL industry: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
