Finance Manager - Acrobatica Spider Access

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Availability: Immediate

Acrobatica Spider Access is expanding—and we’re looking for a meticulous and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance for our operations in the KSA. If you have a sharp financial acumen, enjoy optimizing processes, and can provide actionable insights to support business growth, we want you on our team.

Your Role:

- Lead and manage the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Prepare timely management reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing, profitability analysis, and financial planning.
- Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in construction, engineering, or high-access services.
- Strong understanding of KSA financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
