Parsons KAFD is looking for an amazingly talented **Lead Electrical**to join our team

In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). KAFD is a master plan development positioned to become Riyadh’s new Central Business District that combines a mixture of world-class commercial offices, hotels, retail spaces, contemporary residences, and a monorail in addition to smart city solutions that redefine urban living.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Performs complex engineering tasks and critical engineering work efficiently and accurately.
- Extracts engineering information from CAD drawings. Prepares engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.
- Completes various assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for procurement and construction.
- Frequently interfaces with other engineering disciplines and departments. Prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Review supplier drawing submittals and perform technical bid analyses.
- Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- Provides technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
- You may be required to provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
- May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering-related matters.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 10+ years of related work experience.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring**:

- Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
