**Main Responsibilities**
- Performs general upkeep maintenance tasks and manual repairs: painting & carpentry, lock systems, landscaping.
- Surveys venue and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with standards.
- Performs maintenance work of electrical systems such as replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels, etc.
- Assists in fixing of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when required.
- Maintains heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire & gas protection)
- Fixes machine breakdowns as they occur, and as requested of him by his immediate supervisor.
- Keeping acceptable levels of spare parts and special kits, tools and equipment to maintain machines

**Qualifications**
- Technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Hospitality / Restaurants
- Good working knowledge of English
- Computer literate
- Experience in Restaurant field is required
