Key Responsibilities:

- Collect supplier and product data from both local and international sources.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on their execution with suppliers.
- Gather and evaluate quotations to secure the best contractual terms.
- Communicate with the contracts department to define vehicle requirements and specifications.
- Review vehicle specifications to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with suppliers for ongoing collaboration.
- Monitor vehicle delivery and ensure they meet agreed-upon conditions.
- Organize and maintain all procurement-related documents (contracts, quotations, purchase orders).
- Update the supplier database and document financial records.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement status and future recommendations.
- Analyze supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and internal procurement procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in the car rental sector.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports on current and proposed products and services.
- Ensure all invoices are processed accurately and on time, coordinating with the finance department.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices for materials or services.
- Coordinate procurement activities with other departments to ensure consistency in approach, terminology, and execution.
- Review quotations from vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet all requirements and specifications.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and ordering additional supplies as needed.
- Review samples from potential new suppliers to assess their suitability for company requirements.
- Archive purchase requests and coordinate with the archive officer to manage older requests.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma degree in a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Must have experience in vehicle purchasing.
- Decision-making abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
