**Job Description**:

- Understand regulations and gather Data Quality functional requirements in order to define and create **Data Quality rules or standards** for identified **critical data elements** in coordination with Data Owners, Data Stewards and Operational Teams
- Provide recommendations and best practices for data element, data definitions, business rule writing, and metadata management procedures
- Work with different stakeholders that will implement these data quality functional requirements in tooling. Support the development of Data Quality tooling through testing the Data Quality programs that have been developed against the functional requirements that were defined
- Design & implement the data governance & quality framework and operating model and roles and responsibilities.
- Design & implement the **data quality standards, roles, and metrics**:

- Lead all requirement gathering, business analysis and any data architecture activities with the data governance & quality programs.
- Track and monitor data quality indicators across the organization through Data Quality reports and dashboards in compliance with **Data Quality framework**:

- Perform **root cause analysis** on prioritized Data Quality issues to determine appropriate fix forward and fix backward actions or remediation plans
- Ability to develop **root cause analysis** and business case for proposed process or technology changes
- Proficiency in IDQ development around **data profiling**, **cleansing**, **parsing**, **standardization**, **verification**, **matching**, and **data quality exception monitoring and handling**:

- Work with key stakeholders to align expected turnaround times for remediation, gain approval for suggested remediation actions, coordinate the appropriate action with the teams that are responsible for executing those actions and monitor remediation actions till closure
- Participate in central **data cleansing activities** to accelerate the data quality remediation
- Develop a strong working relationship with the appropriate business users and provide business-impact-driven analysis and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Knowledge in DG & DQ Tools (Informatica, Collibra)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT and similar domains
- DAMA is prefer

**Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
