This role is ideal for someone passionate about **driving revenue**, **building strategic partnerships**, and **positioning innovative solutions** in the market. **Key Responsibilities** **Revenue Growth & Strategy** - Drive sales strategy to exceed revenue targets - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline - Close high-value deals using consultative selling - Identify and qualify enterprise prospects - Build and maintain long-term client relationships **Solution Marketing/Performance Optimization** - Lead digital, social, and event-based marketing campaigns - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products and client satisfaction - Develop sales collateral and position solutions competitively - Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategy - Work with product teams to enhance offerings **Education** Bachelor’s in **IT, Computer Science**, or a related field Business/Marketing degrees accepted if supported by **IT certifications/coursework** **Experience** 5+ years in **B2B software sales** (AI/ERP/SaaS preferred) Demonstrated record of exceeding sales quotas Experience working with **enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia** **Technical & Sales Skills** Strong understanding of **AI/IT software platforms** Ability to convey technical features in **business impact terms** **Language & Soft Skills** **Fluency in Arabic & English** (negotiation-level) Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities **How to Apply** **"Senior IT Sales Specialist Application - [Your Name]"
