Role Description
This is a full-time senior supervisor housekeeping role at The Proud Hotel. As a senior supervisor housekeeping, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining inventory and supplies. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work located at The Proud Hotel in Al Khobar and some flexibility for remote work.
**Qualifications**:
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with other departments
Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
Proficiency in relevant software and tools
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to ﷼4,500.00 per month
