**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their evolving needs and business objectives.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or features.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement of the platform.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Experience in the IT industry or operations management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience.
