A Quality Control Officer is a professional who ensures that all products within a company meet consistent standards. They develop and implement quality control tests to ensure the company’s result is what it should be, inspecting at various stages in production and writing reports on their findings to take action where needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Weekly facilities visit to ensure the procedures are followed and company standards are met.
- Meticulous recording, analysis, and sharing of physical and sensorial quality data of green coffee (qualitative and quantitative) using company tools and industry’s best practices
- Facilitate and lead regular cuppings with the quality team
- Implement and develop QA policies and procedures, in combination with the Quality Specialist.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Nurture a positive working environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1-2 year experience as a quality officer or relevant.
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Fluent in English.

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
