In this role, you will directly contribute to the company's success. You'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through competent and timely execution of high-quality service jobs, both on-site and in the workshop. We're seeking an experienced specialist for this dynamic position, someone with technical expertise, a strong sense of diligence, and a customer-centric approach. Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

- Independently disassemble, clean, measure, and assemble various types of turbochargers according to Accelleron's work instructions.
- Conduct pre-risk assessments on-site, closely collaborating with customer representatives before commencing work.
- Diagnose, evaluate, and document the technical condition of turbocharger components.
- Carry out service work either in the Accelleron workshop or at customer sites, such as power plants or vessels.
- Perform post-processing of turbocharger components using machine tools.
- Generate inspection and service reports using online software within specified time frames.
- Implement techniques like 5S in the workshop to maintain an efficient and organized workplace.

Your background:

- Technical education in mechanical engineering.
- Preferably, a minimum of 3 years' experience in servicing turbochargers or large combustion engines.
- Possess a solution/service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with working according to applicable regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, essential for communicating with customers and creating reports.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer requirements
