**Project** Description**:
We are looking for a Risk Business analyst translating Risk business requirements into core banking and Global Markets system data points.
They would also be working with ALM and Capital management business teams to rationalize Risk reporting systems' reported numbers with the Bank's Financial Balance sheet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze core systems level data inputs against Risk system requirements.
- Identification of upstream touchpoints for data requirements and delivery.
- Translate core system specific field requirements from upstream systems.
- Prepare Proof of concept for key metrics required as per system design.
- Prepare Low-level design for extract-Transform and load system development.
- Extract data from SQL databases for analysis and unit testing.

**Skills**:
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, master's in financial technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in financial risk domain.
- Experience in implementation of Asset and Liability systems and Capital management systems at a bank or financial institution.
- Exposure to FRTB, IBOR, LCR, NSFR and IRRBB.
- Exposure to BASEL III/CBUAE regulations relating to IRRBB and Capital management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate system requirements into data specifications.
- Good exposure to relational databases and basic SQL scripting.
- An eye for detail in analyzing recon numbers, spotting mismatches and good experience with general ledger and balance sheet systems.
- Knowledge of Murex and T24/Intellect is preferred.
