- As we continue to grow in Saudi Arabia, Mott MacDonald is now looking for a Project Manager to manage and administer the delivery of a portfolio of Transport projects and future opportunities (proposals).**Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below**:

- Project Manager in Managing the full life-cycle of the project and ensuring the project is successfully completed from beginning to end including project kick-off, designing, execution and completion, all whilst ensuring compliance with Mott MacDonald’s internal controls and policies,
- Communicate Technical issues clearly and concisely to Clients and internal stakeholders,
- Lead and direct the project team to achieve the contractual requirements,
- Managing and compliance with Contracts,
- Responsible for the successful delivery of projects in accordance with the proposed proposal,
- Control, monitor and manage project costs and schedule, scope, quality of work and project controls,
- Monitor the Key Performance Indicators for the projects,
- Manage risks and mitigation measures identified by the project team,
- Manage and identify change,
- Prepare monthly reports on project performance and progress for the client and internal stakeholders,
- Support presentations of monthly progress to clients and internal stakeholders,
- Supporting the management of bids through the full life cycle and ensuring the bid is successfully completed,
- Mentor and develop staff, providing leadership and a positive working environment,
- Monitor and review compliance with the requirements of the Group’s management system and report findings,
- Identifying, building and maintaining key relationships both internally within Mott MacDonald and externally with key client

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Engineering Degree from an established university; a Master’s Degree in Project and/ or Programme Management would be a distinct advantage,
- Member of an internationally recognised professional body; membership of an accredited, recognized Project Management Institution would be a distinct advantage,
- Good understanding of civil engineering, design processes and engineering deliverables for feasibility, outline designs and detailed design projects.
- A strong practical approach to project management with the ability to work in a collaborative and cooperative manner with both the project team and Client to ensure that the project KPIs are achieved,
- Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects,
- Using leadership skills to build and nurture relationships and also creating effective working environments,
- Able to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds on geographically and culturally diverse teams,
- Adopting an adaptive mindset and using strategic and critical thinking to approach problems in a new way,
- Ability to deal efficiently with priorities and manage time appropriately,
- Advanced level proficiency with all MS Office products, including: Outlook; Word; Excel; and PowerPoint,
- A dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written,
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders,
- Adopting a proactive approach towards complex tasks and overall delivery,
- Sound knowledge of professional and international standards
