**Duties & Responsibilities:
- Read and understand electrical schematics.
- Provide oversight to technical work groups performing checkout and startup on newly or modified existing equipment and systems.
- Perform other duties as directed in support of any project activities.
- Familiar with industrial instrumentation and mechanical equipment and controls.
- Perform and oversees the preparation of test packages for electrical checkout, instrument calibration and other testing verification records.
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.

**Function/ Purpose:
Provide quality management system information to support all Arabian Rig Manufacturing departments.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
**Operating:
- Be willing to provide colleagues with the information they need to complete their tasks and eliminate roadblocks
- Able to recommend and advise on improvements within the assembly shop.
- Able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks.
- Able to be flexible in workload and tasks.

**Energy:
Will be energised by challenges and drawn towards opportunities

**Organization/ department:
Work closely with team members. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing process, procedures and improve quality management system.

**Personal and Interpersonal skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organize workflow in efficient manner
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field and 5 or more years of working experience, or extensive applicable experience in lieu of a degree.

**Qualification, knowledge and experience:
**Key competencies/ skills:
- SolidWorks, AutoCad or analogic.
- Fluent English
