A leading construction firm is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented **QA/QC Manager** to oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control policies across ongoing projects in Riyadh. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvement across all quality functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and systems in accordance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and lead a team of QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and document controllers to ensure effective quality control on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and approved quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality-related issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure that materials received and construction works are inspected and approved in a timely manner before installation/use.
- Prepare and submit quality-related documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, NCRs, and QA/QC reports.
- Support the development and delivery of quality training for site personnel to enhance quality awareness.
- Liaise with client representatives and consultants during inspections and audits.
- Review and approve subcontractor quality plans and monitor their compliance throughout the project.
- Lead the handover and close-out process, ensuring all quality documentation is compiled and submitted in accordance with project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC roles, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proven experience with quality documentation, audits, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and inspection/testing techniques.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality-related software tools.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian regulations and standards is an advantage.
