**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Handling Delivery boys, route planning, vehicle allocation, transportation, Handling a team of delivery executives.
- Responsible for the operations metrics of the last Mile operations Hub
- Responsible for the operations metrics of the shift.
- Roster management according to the changing demand.
- The management of all logistics matters with reference to receiving shipments and distributing them to the end customer.
- Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
- Closely monitor all deliveries of products / shipments.
- Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
- Work closely with the appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents for most accurate and preferred quotes and destinations.
- To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems (ERP system)
- To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse materials identification.
- To produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Constantly work to improve processes.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience with at least 2 years at supervisor level.
