As we continue to grow at Lendo, we’re looking for a results-driven Collections Manager to lead our recovery operations and drive performance across the collections lifecycle. In this key role, you’ll oversee a team of collectors, manage early to late-stage delinquency portfolios, and implement data-driven strategies to reduce defaults and improve recovery rates. You’ll work cross-functionally with Credit, Legal, and Customer Success to enhance processes, while delivering actionable insights and ensuring compliance at every stage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the collections team, ensuring KPIs and recovery targets are met.
- Oversee daily recovery operations across early, mid, and late-stage delinquency buckets.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce default rates and recovery time.
- Resolve escalated overdue cases while maintaining customer relationships.
- Deliver comprehensive monthly and ad hoc aging analysis reports with insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Identify high-risk customer segments and propose mitigation plans based on data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Legal, and Customer Success teams to enhance collections processes.
- Ensure all collections activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Continuously monitor team performance and coach team members to improve efficiency and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in credit collections, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, collections cycles, and recovery strategies.
- Proven experience with portfolio analysis, reporting, and stakeholder presentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with FinTech or lending platforms is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
