**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead project teams, allocate tasks, and provide feedback

- Report the project KPIs during Divisional, BU, and Hub review meetings (Progress status, Deliverables completion, Milestone Variance, financial status, Risks update, Lesson Learned, completed activities and plan to complete)
- Support Supply Chain Management in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changes
- Carry out any tasks assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management for Electrification, Automation & Controls projects for external customers
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Water industry, specifically with SABIC & Saudi ARAMCO
- Project Management Certification, preferably PMP®
- Proficiency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in leading teams and motivating individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of additional functions like Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Sales is preferred
- Experience in electrical engineering and control system solutions, including EPC projects
- Familiarity with FCM, SAP, PLW, and PR+ is preferable
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, decision-making, and influencing skills in line with company policy
- Excellent presentation design and delivery skills
- Ability to drive projects, manage execution, and handle uncertainties effectively
