**Job Summary**:
Indpt is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director with over 5 years of experience to lead our creative team. As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and storytelling across our diverse range of brands. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can bring strategic creativity to the forefront, ensuring that our brands' narratives are innovative, impactful, and resonate with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the creative vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
- Foster a creative culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Develop and conceptualize the visual content for marketing campaigns and brand materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Work closely with the brand team to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the campaign development process.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual communication.
- Implement strategies to enhance and evolve brand aesthetics over time.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present and articulate creative concepts to the Managing Director and Brand Director, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging creative techniques.
- Integrate innovative design trends into the creative process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns from a design background.
- Proficiency in design software and multimedia tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
