The project: This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project. Client focus - Deliver on our promise: - You will create and design effective implementations of PMO and project control frameworks and strategies on assigned commissions. - You will support best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace - You will be developing your expertise in PMO and project controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders). - Leads integrated master schedule updates and presents monthly status at the client executive level. - Advises on complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively. - Manages planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes. - Oversees planning/scheduling, EVM, and project control methodologies. Influences complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively. - Ability to communicate effectively with client/s, project team and stakeholders. - Supports senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence and other business development. - Leads the planning team and provides leadership and direction through managers/teams. - Inspires and empowers individuals within their portfolio to deliver high-quality standards and outputs. - Undertakes tasks required to fulfil the requirements of the project/assignment. - Provides performance management, technical and career development and coaching. - Creates plans and analyses trends using numerical and statistical techniques. - Oversees interface management process and presents monthly status at the client executive level. - Oversees PMO process and procedure development, updates and rollout across the programme. - Oversees Mace and PMC planning teams' P6 user interface administration with client-server. - Conducts scheduled onboarding sessions with new PMC staff on a monthly basis. - Deliver internal training and development courses on a monthly basis. - Contributes to the regional Mace business with lessons learned and best practices. - Contributes to Mace's 'centre of excellence' and 'insights' with schedule benchmark data and process developments.
