Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading real estate firm focused on innovative developments, is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive individual to join our team as the Manager - IT Security Design. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks to protect the organization's information assets. You will ensure that our IT infrastructure is secure and aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and Deliver IT Security services including site operations and infrastructure as well as Maintain all security tools and technology.
- Manage and lead the Infrastructure team, responsible for planning, deploying, maintaining, securing and supporting infrastructure equipment, systems and services.
- Ensures consistent, dependable, and high-performing networking and telecommunications infrastructure across the entire sites.
- Provide technical oversight of IT Security & Infrastructure processes and projects, including direct engagement with team members on operational best practices, deployment, testing, and resolution of issues.
- Architect technical solutions to facilitate security initiatives, detect, evaluate, and track security vulnerabilities, create, and implement regulations, standards, frameworks, and procedures to reduce and prevent risks to the computing system.
- Ensure that network and IT systems are regularly monitored, maintained and updated with up-to-date security patches.
- Manage procurement and vendor relations and ensure that requests for proposals/requests for proposals are prepared in accordance with established procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Security, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certifications.
